At INNO, we believe that a workspace does not merely serve operational needs but also vividly reflects the image, mindset, and culture of an enterprise. To demonstrate that philosophy, INNO has officially completed the renovation of our own workspace. We invite you to step inside and explore a brand-new appearance – where every corner is designed to spark creativity.
Facade and Branding Area: Impression at First Sight
The first impression upon entering the office is the branding area, redesigned with meticulous attention and prominence. The logo is set against a wooden backdrop combined with a lighting system that creates focal points, enhancing the depth and visual effect of the space. The combination of natural materials and modern lighting not only creates aesthetic beauty but also clearly demonstrates the design spirit that INNO pursues: minimalism, modernity, and sustainability.

Open Workspace: Optimizing Performance and Increasing Connectivity
The entire work area is designed according to the open workspace model – a popular trend in modern offices worldwide. Open space helps increase interaction between members, reduces physical barriers, and creates a more flexible working environment.

The work areas are arranged scientifically, ensuring convenience in movement and usage. Furniture is selected with a minimalist design, focusing on functionality and comfort, helping personnel work effectively over long periods. Simultaneously, the rational spatial organization also helps optimize the area and creates a neat, professional look for the overall office.
Meeting Rooms: Professional and Transparent Exchange Spaces
Beside the general work area, the meeting rooms at INNO are designed as vital functional spaces where internal exchanges, partner collaborations, and idea presentations take place. The meeting room space utilizes glass partitions as the primary material, helping to expand the view and create a sense of connection with the overall office while still ensuring the necessary privacy for important discussions.
The meeting rooms are designed in a minimalist style with large, modern meeting tables focused on functionality. The spacious table surfaces accommodate diverse working needs, from group meetings and brainstorming to project presentations with clients. Meeting chairs are selected to harmonize with the overall interior, ensuring comfort during long sessions while maintaining aesthetics and professionalism.
Lighting: The Element Defining Spatial Identity.
In INNO’s new office design, lighting does not only play the role of illumination but is also considered a core design element, contributing to defining the identity and emotion of the entire space. Instead of using traditional lighting solutions, the lighting system was researched and arranged as part of the interior architecture, creating a seamless connection between functional areas.
Linear light strips are installed in a purposeful layout on the ceiling, creating clear and modern lines while guiding the eye through the depth of the space. Neutral white light was chosen to ensure a balance between work efficiency and a pleasant feeling, keeping the space bright and clear without causing stress or eye strain during long working hours. Additionally, indirect lighting systems (cove lights) are integrated into specific areas such as the logo wall and functional zones, contributing to depth and highlighting important architectural details.

Investing in lighting design not only enhances aesthetic value but also reflects a user-centric design mindset. Lighting at INNO does not simply serve a function; it contributes to creating a professional, modern, and inspiring work environment, true to the spirit the company pursues in every office interior project.
